Aspen-Pitkin Healthy Futures Coalition is seeking a candidate for the Program Director position that will oversee the Coalition and its mission, “To bring together partners and resources to reduce substance use and build a community that fosters resilience and healthy futures for Aspen-Pitkin County youth.”

 

The Program Director reports to the Healthy Futures Coalition and Fiscal Agent (Aspen School District) and works collaboratively and in conjunction with Aspen Family Connections, and all Coalition and community partners and stakeholders.

 

The position will be situated in the Aspen Family Connections office within the Aspen School District.

Reports to: AFC Director

Classification: Classified Full-time Exempt

Contract Period: Year-round, this full-time position will average 40 hours per week- covering traditional Monday-Friday; some evenings and weekend events.  This position is grant funded year to year per available funding. 

Compensation: $80,000 - $93,000 annual starting salary DOE

Qualifications:
Candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree, or a combination of relevant education, training, and
experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:
This position requires a detailed, self-starter who will be responsible for the day to day management of the goals, objectives, and action plan of the 5 year federally funded Drug-Free Communities (DFC) grant.
